Software

We want you to be satisfied with our products and are happy to provide refunds subject to the following terms & conditions.

As we provide free trial licenses for our software, it is presumed that the customer has performed adequate due diligence and careful evaluation of the product prior to purchasing a commercial license. Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date (or commercial license issuance date, whichever is earlier). Refunds requested after that period will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.

Please contact customer services at support@artillery.io to request a refund with the following information:

  • Your name
  • The name of the organization that the license was purchased for
  • The reason for the return
  • Confirmation that the software has been uninstalled and is not in use anymore

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or bank statement within 96 hours of us notifying you of a refund being processed.

Refunds for payments made with a bank transfer are subject to a 10% processing fee.

By requesting a refund you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any Shoreditch Ops Ltd software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license. Shoreditch Ops Ltd reserves the right to disable any accounts, product keys, license keys, and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded purchases.

Professional Services

Once a professional service engagement has been completed, no refund will be issued for the cost of the service.
