Billing & Subscriptions
Where can I manage my subscription?
Your team's subscription details (such as plan, license management email etc) can be managed on our billing portal at https://artillery.chargebeeportal.com/.
Can we upgrade/downgrade our plan?
How is Artillery Pro billed?
Artillery Pro is billed monthly or annually. Payment methods other than credit or debit cards are supported but incur an extra processing fee (10% as of March 1, 2019).
Do you support Azure (or GCP)?
Not yet. We're focusing on building a great product that has first class AWS integration at the moment. Azure and GCP have been requested a number of times however and we are planning to ship support for both in future releases of Artillery Pro.
